Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services.
You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number.
The PDF documents contain tables.
Unless your data is extremely homogenous, the process of extracting and converting to Word tables is long and messy. You will have to find one of the tools you mentioned, or some other, that does an acceptably accurate job of extracting the text from PDF.
When you have the text you will have to do some "masaging" to get the data into a form that you like.
For example, if the extract tool tries to recreate the table look by inserting dashes for the horizontal lines, you will have to get rid of them at some point. Actually, you'll find that you have to do it several times, back and forth before you get the data in all the right cells. Did this solve your problem? Yes No.
